We use the best natural ingredients, sourced from the Lusitana Garden, the organic garden of Natura IMB Hotels, to ensure the quality, authenticity and nutritional content of our dishes.

All the hotel’s gastronomic creations are created by our Executive Chef, and are also designed to be paired with renowned CDO Beira Interior wines.
