Booking conditions:

Programme subject to availability and a maximum number of rooms per night and cannot be combined with other existing programmes/promotions.
The programme is not valid in the special Christmas, New year, Carnival and Valentine periods.
Access to the Natura Clube & SPA with mandatory use of bathing cap and costume (when applicable).
A 2nd Child (sharing the room with 2 adults) will only be possible with accommodation in a Family Room or Suite, with a supplement.
Visits to the Museum and Quinta dos Termos are made with your own transport (does not include Hotel/activity/Hotel transfer).

Payment conditions:

Guarantee deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking for confirmation. Remaining payment made on check-out unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations:

Up to 7 days before the date of arrival (maximum until 12 p.m. local time), no penalty is imposed. In the last 7 days, 25% of the guarantee deposit will be returned.
