  • Programme subject to availability and a maximum number of rooms per night. It cannot be combined with other current programmes/promotions.
  • The programme is not valid in the special Christmas, New year, Carnival and Valentine periods.
  • Access to the Natura Clube & SPA with mandatory use of bathing cap and costume (when applicable).
  • A 2nd Child (sharing the room with 2 adults) will only be possible with accommodation in a Family Room or Suite, with a supplement.
  • Visits to the Museums, New Hand Lab, Burel Factory and Urban Arts Murals (Covilhã old quarter) are made with your own transport (does not include Hotel/activity/Hotel transfer).

Cancellations:

  • Up to 7 days before the date of arrival (maximum until 12 p.m. local time), no penalty is imposed. In the last 7 days, 25% of the guarantee deposit will be returned.
